Duties And Responsibilities :-
To provide IT support to all Tesco stores in UK&ROI.
It is the first port of call for over 3000 stores in UK & ROI for technical and procedural queries. Technical refers to all hardware and software issues that a store encounters on it equipments, systems and applications at the Front-end, Shop Floor and the Back-Office.
Procedural queries can range from a simple ‘how do I’ query to a more complicated procedure of reconciling the end of day or end of week cash reports.
Candidates must be a B.E/B.Tech from a recognized university.
Candidates must have Ability to collaborate and work across the teams to achieve shared success
Is responsible for action steps that are clearly defined and laid out
Handles repetitive routine activities, that are standardised, with little or no scope for digression
Performs operational tasks of a repetitive nature, for which output is specified in advance
Is measured on adherence to timelines, quality, cost or savings targets
Uses guidelines or routines to solve regular problems
Has a basic understanding of the 1 or 2 core technologies used by the program
Candidates must have Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Candidates must posses Good Communication skills
