Previous exposure on any programming language / concepts will be an added advantage
Previous exposure to writing test cases will be an added advantage
Ability to maintain attention to detail on both short and long term projects
Proactive attitude, initiative and can anticipate opportunities
Self motivated and able to multi-task
Good written and verbal communication skills
Should be willing to work in night shifts
Will be required to use logic & programming concepts in order to develop scripts, using an in-house/proprietary platform & thus does not involve coding or programming on languages like C, C++, Java
