Self-starter with out of the box thinking and creativity

Job Responsibilities & Duties :
Verify the accuracy of data, calculations, and the content and format of reports and other deliverables
Follow up with client contacts on standard project deliverables
Participate in routine conference calls and on-site meetings with clients; provide additional support for issues or questions when needed
Troubleshoot and resolve problems uncovered in data and deliverables, identify root cause, and prevent recurring issues
Monitor trends in process performance and the accuracy of deliverables, and proactively provide suggestions or ideas for improvement
Provide ongoing analysis and summaries of data to assist clients with future direction of their sales performance management programs
Develop breadth and depth of project and industry knowledge
