Understanding of the Business and Retail environment
Planned, Organized, Collaborative and a Self-Starter
Good numerical skills and Written/Comprehension Skills
Good Analytical skills and Systems knowledge
Effective time management
Ability to deal with complex and demanding issues
Self motivated with the ability to deliver consistently
Proficient both in Written and Spoken English
Data entry of HR Data in PeopleSoft HRMS application.
Resolve Tier 1 & 2 issues and inquiries related to HR Applications, complex issues and inquiries, and exception requests.
Address re-opened SRs on-priority , Escalate to higher Tier or Technology team on time, for issue resolution, which is out of scope.
Participate actively in Tier Meeting, Team Meetings etc.
Contribute to Kaizen culture by identifying opportunities to improve.
Adhere to prescribed Standardized Work and support in keeping the documentation up-to-date.
Adhere to prescribed Siebel Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Critical to Quality (CTQ) elements.
Participate in activities, training programs and events related to Honeywell Operating System (HOS).
